NCM issues UAE weather forecast for August 11-15

ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

The National Centre of Meteorology has issued the weather forecast for the UAE, from Monday (August 11) to Friday (August 15).

Monday
Weather: Fair to partly cloudy at times, with a chance of some convective clouds formation Eastward associated with rainfall by afternoon.
Wind: Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds freshening at times during daytime, causing blowing dust and sand, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 40 kmph.
Sea: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Tuesday
Weather: Fair to partly cloudy at times – probability of some convective clouds formation Eastward by afternoon.
Wind: Light to moderate Southeasterly becoming Northwesterly winds freshening at times during daytime, causing blowing dust, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 35 kmph.
Sea: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Wednesday
Weather: Fair to partly cloudy at times – clouds appear Eastward by afternoon.
Wind: Light to moderate Southwesterly to Northwesterly winds freshening at times during daytime, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 35 kmph.
Sea: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Thursday
Weather: Fair to partly cloudy at times.
Wind: Light to moderate Southwesterly to Northeasterly winds freshening at times during daytime, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 35 kmph.
Sea: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Friday
Weather: Humid by morning over the coast – fair to partly cloudy at times with the probability of some convective clouds formation eastward by afternoon.
Wind: Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds freshening at times during daytime, causing blowing dust, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 40 kmph.
Sea: Slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
